Art and Animation

Tommy as been drawing for as long as he could hold a pencil; as a child he would invent characters and write comics. At school he did art as a GSCE which lead him to sculpture and 3D art.

He continues to follow his passion by attending the University of Creative Arts to study Art Foundation for a year. During this course he specialized in Moving Image and gained a passion for Animation.

Combining what he had learnt from his foundation year with his studies of Film (specializing in script writing) and his acting, Animation gave him the ultimate freedom to create the stories that other mediums could not offer.

Tommy is expanding in this field by learning blender and working with 3D animation with the ambition to get into Games Design.

Below are some characters that he created for his Animated show Floating in Space. It takes place in like the year 3030 where most humans are living on Mars and Earth is a polluted shithole run by apes and the humans too broke to leave. This is to be released in 2023. Rocket Man

This is Rocket Man, the pilot of the Hogsback ship and leader of the crew. He has a death wish and an even more deadly ex wife bounty Hunter that is after his ship. It’s hard to captain a crew with your head in the clouds.

The Sheriff

The sassy prodigy student and ex partner of Mr Pig, pursuing the crew in the name of the law. The sheriff can turn anything into a weapon isn’t afraid to break the rules for the greater good. She is the smartest person in most rooms.

Mr Pig

Weapons expert. A humanoid pig who is the crew’s muscle. Mr Pig served out his slavery in the military before Rocket man took him under his wing. The two are like brothers until he discovers the history of his race and wants to revolt.

TKO

he killer robot who grows a conscience and eventually learns how to love. His mission originally is to assassinate Rocket Man and the crew but when faced with killing Junkie and her newly discovered pregnancy, TKO initiates a new protector protocol of his own... at least for the time being..

JUNKiE

She keeps this ship from falling apart, literally. Junkie is an addict mechanic that can communicate with machinery and is losing her grip on reality... And if she wasn’t already hitting rock bottom, Rocket Man’s got her pregnant. Their relationship is a love hate at the best of times.

Tuna

The Ship’s cat. Tuna has a psychic ability to communicate telepathically; often assigned as the crews therapist despite only having the emotional intelligence of a cat.
